.......... my Intimate Integration Journey

Nourished gratitude fills my soul for the women I am today.   The integrity to what pulses through my being and the deep surrender and trust in the life that is me.  Each day a new day to remember parts of me forgotten, hidden under the layers of shame and fragmentation.

 

My past is one of sexual abuse,  contracts of unhealthy relationships and a general lack of abundance or nourishment in life.  Allowing for so many fragmented aspects of self to rule my experience of this reality.  Numbness the experience, Pleasure and Life denied. 

 

My Journey of Sacred Union within self has allowed me to integrate fragmentated aspects of self.  Allowing for the remembrance that life is experienced through me.

In to me See.  Has been my gateway to living the birthright that is my pleasure, my freedom and abundance.

My greatest blessing the vulnerability and surrender of the magnificence of my feminine embodiment.
